School Days with My Scrap Chick

Hi There! Welcome to Luv Scrapping Together!

Today I am sharing a fun box that is perfect for back to school treats.

I used a cut file from My Scrap Chick called School House Trio. This trio comes with a school house, school bus, and apple boxes. They are super easy to put together and are a really fun way to give a little gift.

I used PK-188 Brick Wall Background from Peachy Keen Stamps for the front of my school house.

Check out all the fun School Days files that can be found at My Scrap Chick and like their page on Facebook to keep up with what is new!

Thanks for visiting me today!

Until next time...

Bags & Boxes ~ My Craft Spot Challenge

Hi There! Welcome to Luv Scrapping together!

Today I am sharing some gift bags I created for the new challenge at My Craft Spot.

Challenge #149 Bags & Boxes

These treat bags are super simple to put together. I used a cut file from My Scrap Chick called Treat Bag Trio and decorated it. The paper I chose is from an old birthday stack from My Mind's Eye. It had colors for both girls and boys so I made one of each. These would be super easy to mass produce.

My tag was created with My Craft Spot's Tiny Doilies die. I added a sentiment from My Craft Spot's Build A Birthday set and tied my bags with some ribbon from my stash. Super easy!

There are some new guidelines for the My Craft Spot Challenges:

1. Make a project that matches the challenge.
2. Link back to My Craft Spot in your post.
3. One entry per person.
4. Project must be new for this challenge (no backlinking)
5. Limit of 5 entries in other challenges
6. You don't have to use MCS products on your project, but it is encouraged!

**Winners will be announced on the Wednesday after the challenge closes.  For the DT Top 3 picks, preference will be given to entries using My Craft Spot products.  The prize winner will still be selected randomly from all entries that follow the challenge rules.

We would love to see your bags and boxes so be sure to join in the challenge at My Craft Spot!

Thanks for joining me today!

Until next time...

Birthday Wishes for a Special Lady

Hi there! Welcome to Luv Scrapping Together!

Today is a special day for a very special lady.

Lorie is the Peachy Keen Stamps design team coordinator and today is her birthday!

I have been working with Lorie on the Peachy Keen Stamps team for the last 3 years and she is the sweetest person. We love her and wanted to make her day special.

You may have arrived here from Corina's Creative Place. If you would like to see all the cards that have been created for Lorie you can start at Scrapping Fun with Tonya.

Here is the card that I made for Lorie's birthday.

I used Vintage Bliss papers from Simple Stories. I cut the 50 using my Silhouette and a font from my computer. My sentiment is from Peachy Keen Stamps PK-1347 Reverse Sentiments and added some twine and brad for embellishment.

Lorie, this card is coming your way. I wish you the very best birthday ever, my sweet friend! Love you!!

Now you can head on over to Lezlye's blog: Lezlye Lauterbach Designs.

Thank you for joining us in celebrating Lorie's birthday! You can visit her blog: The Thinkin Spot to leave her birthday wishes.
